We’ve been busy in the shop the last month so hence its been a little quiet on the blog. The store now has a few new additions that we’ve designed and had built including a new Pistols at Dawn area, 2 new change rooms and a shiny new shop counter.
Last month’s delivery of Carminas caused a deal of excitement amongst all of us that work here, so it has been fantastic to see demand high and so many pairs snapped up in such a short time. Our first order includes a wholecut in 2 colours (brown and tan), suede in 2 shades of brown, a double monk strap in brown and 2 blacks (including a patent).
We also received a single pair of wingtip brogues in a burgundy shell cordovan which were very special, but they lasted about 5 minutes.
Our new season denim has been running hot, so if you’re in need of something fresh please don’t delay. The dark blue has been the most popular one by far, and will definitely sell out. I tested mine last week with a hand wash and was really impressed to see only a small amount of colour bleed. Most guys will go for as long as possible without washing them, but that isn’t always practical in our climate.
We’ve tweaked the cut from last year slightly and had them finished with a brown leather patch. As always the jeans are unhemmed and we have our tailor finish them to your exact length and ready in a few hours.
